No problem, here is what you should know first...

Policy Information

We understand that plans change!

If you need to cancel or skip a scheduled cleaning, we kindly ask for at least 2 business days' notice. This helps us adjust our schedule and assign your cleaning professional to another home.

Cancellations made with less than 2 business days' notice, or instances where we are unable to access your home at the time of service, will result in a full-service charge to cover the appointment.

For any special requests, schedule changes, or concerns, please reach out directly to our office. Communicating directly with your cleaner can lead to confusion or missed details, so we ask that all important updates come through us. You can reschedule HERE.

Do not Cancel with Cleaners, Contact The Office

When rescheduling or canclling your cleaning, please contact the SWEPT By Keily Office, not your cleaners.
