We understand that life happens. At Swept By Keily, we do our best to be flexible — while also adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy, respecting the time and commitment of our cleaning professionals.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance with no cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours or same day of your scheduled appointment will incur the FULL price of the schedueld service. This helps us cover the cleaner’s reserved time.

Running Late?
If you're running behind, please let us know! If we arrive at your space and can’t gain access, we offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, we’ll do our best to wait if our schedule allows, or a full day cancellation fee will apply.
