What’s included in a standard clean?Our standard clean covers the essentials — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and making sure all the main areas feel refreshed and cared for. You can always view a full checklist here.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We understand that life happens. At Swept By Keily, we do our best to be flexible — while also adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy, respecting the time and commitment of our cleaning professionals. ​ You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance with no cancellation fee. ​ Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 48 hours or same day of your scheduled appointment will incur the FULL price of the schedueld service. This helps us cover the cleaner’s reserved time. ​​ Running Late? If you're running behind, please let us know! If we arrive at your space and can’t gain access, we offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, we’ll do our best to wait if our schedule allows, or a full day cancellation fee will apply. ​ How to Cancel or Reschedule You can cancel or make changes by: Visit our rescheduling page Emailing us at sweptbykeily@gmail.com Texting or calling ‪(864) 810-0322‬ We’re here to help! ​ In Case of Emergencies We get it — emergencies happen. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?No, you don’t need to be present, as long as we have access to your property. Many clients provide a key or access code, and we ensure secure handling. Please make sure we have access if you are not present, our grace period is 15-minutes to respect our cleaners schedule.

Do you offer one-time or recurring cleaning?We offer both! Choose a one-time deep clean or schedule recurring services for ongoing maintenance. Contact us to discuss the best option for you.

How long does a typical cleaning session take?The duration depends on the size of your space and service type. A standard home cleaning takes 2–4 hours, while commercial or move-in/move-out cleanings may take longer. We’ll provide an estimate during booking.

What areas of my home or office do you clean?We clean all accessible areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, offices, and common areas. We dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces. Provide specific instructions for prioritized areas.
