Cancellation Policy

At SWEPT By Keily, we’re committed to delivering top-quality apartment cleaning with professionalism, consistency, and care. To ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone, please review our service policies below. SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY: Services are available by appointment only. Recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly) are reserved in advance. One-time cleanings are subject to availability. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: We kindly ask for a 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' are liable for a 50% cancellation fee to appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Since we reserve this spot especially for you, the fee will be used to pay our cleaners that would otherwise be cleaning for another customer. ACCESS TO YOUR HOME: Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time (key, code, doorman, etc.). If cleaners are unable to enter, a cancellation fee will apply. PAYMENT POLICYY Payment will be charged 1-hour before secheduled service. A valid payment method must be on file prior to your service. HOME CONDITION & PREP: We ask that personal items, clothing, and valuables be put away prior to cleaning. Heavily cluttered areas may be skipped or cleaned to the best of our ability within time constraints. DAMAGE & LIABILITY: Our team is trained to handle your space with care. If any damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are insured and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
